Rava 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tspn (crushed with hand)
Salt As per taste
Pepper ½ tspn
Cilantro chopped 2 tbsn
Cooking oil As required

Mix rava andrice flour with enough water to get the consistency of dosa batter.
Add all other ingredients and add more water if required.
Heat a griddle and apply little oil on it. Pour about 4 tbsn each of batter on to the thava and make dosas.
Serve hot with coconut chuntney.
