Chicken 6 drumsticks
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 4 cloves cups
Turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
Chilly powder 1 tspn(or as per taste)
Paprika 1 tspn
Garam masala 1/2 tspn
Salt as per taste
Olive oil 1 tbsn

Wash chicken and pat dry. Make 2-3 cuts(not very deep)on the chicken.
Crush ginger and garlic and take the juice.(The remaining ginger-garlic can be kept refrigrated to use in some other curry)
Mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic juice, all the spices and oil together in a bowl and add the chicken pieces into it and mix well so that the chicken is coated well.
Put the chicken with marinade in a ziplock cover and refrigrate overnight.
Bake in oven(set oven to broil) for 20-30 minutes.serve hot.
