Peas and Egg Curry Recipe


Ingredients

Method

Hard boiled eggs- 5 (cut into 2 lengthwise) Fresh green peas- 3/4 cup Onions- 3 (finely chopped) Tomatoes- 2 (finely chopped) Crushed garlic- 6 cloves Green chilies- 4 (finely chopped) Cinnamon- 1 stick Bay leaves- 2 Cloves- 2 Cardamoms- 2 Salt Oil- 4 tablespoons

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, cardamoms and garlic, green chilies for couple of minutes. Add the onions and fry until golden. Then add the tomatoes and green peas and cook until he peas are soft. Now add the halved eggs slowly. Cook for few minutes and remove from heat. Serve hot.
