mango (not too sour, not too sweet) - 1/4 kg, red chillis - 5, salt - 1/2 tsp, asafoetida - 1/4 tsp, mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp, fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp, sesame oil - 3 tsp

Peel the mangoes and remove the seeds. Grind mangoes, red chillis, salt and asafoetida. Heat 3 tsp sesame oil, add mustard seeds. When it bursts, add fenugreek powder and add the ground paste and fry lightly. It should not be fried too much otherwise the smell of mango may disappear.
