Red chilies- 1/2 cup
Coriander seeds- 1/4 cup
Cardamom- 10
Cinnamon- 7
Cloves- 10
Whole black pepper- 1 tablespoon
Rock salt powder- 1/4 cup
Black salt (kala namak)- 2 tablespoons
Dry mango powder (amchur)- 4 tablespoons

Dry the red chilies, coriander seeds and the spices under sun(or)dry roast them in a pan and grind into a fine powder and mix with the other ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
