vallarai leaves - 2 cups, salt - 1/4 tsp

Roast the leaves of vallarai in a dry pan. Add salt and powder it in a mixie.This can be taken along with rice.
Gooseberry vathal (Nelli mulli)
Remove the seeds from the gooseberries. Spread them on a large plate and dry in the sun for two days or until it turns crisp. Store in air tight containers.
