400 Gm Rice 2 Pieces cinnamon
2 Black cardamoms 3 cloves
3 pepper corns 1 bunch fresh coriander
60 Gms Vanaspati Salt to taste
400 ML Water ( 2- 2/3 Cups)

Clean and wash rice. Finally chop coriander and wash.
