Cook rice the way u usually do.
Slice chicken into very small pieces.
Cut carrot, beans onion and scallions.
Heat ghee in a large pan. Fry onions till brown. Add chicken, prawns and beans. Fry for about 5 minutes then add carrots, garam masala, chilli powder and salt. Now reduce heat and add rice and mix well.
Adjust taste and fry on very low heat for 5 minutes. Add peas (if u r using fresh peas add together with carrots) and scallions. Remove from flame and serve hot.
