curd - 1 cup, salt - 1/4 tsp, cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp, mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp, raw urud powder(grind raw urud dal in a blender without roasting) - 1 tsp

Mix urud powder in the curd uniformly.The urud powder should not remain as thick lumps inside the curd. Add salt. Splatter with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.Add 1 green chillie(cut lengthwise)
