500 gm. Egg plants julienned , 250 gms. Onions sliced , 3 green chillies finely choped , 1 tsp. mustard paste , 1/2 cup of sour cream , salt & pepper , Oil for deep frying , Juice from one lime
Deep fry the egg plantstill crispy and golden brown, set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients together by hand. Add the fried egplants lastly only at the time of serving.
