Tomato 3 diced
Garlic 3 cloves minced
Coriander powder 1 tbsn
Cumin powder (optional) ¼ tspn
Turmeric ¼ tspn
Cumin seeds ½ tspn
Mustard seeds 1 tspn
Cooking oil 1 tbsn
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Water 1-2 cups
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Cilantro chopped 2 tbsn

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and when they crackle, add minced garlic and tomato and fry for 2 minutes.
Add Water and spices and bring to boil. (Don’t stir till it gets boiled). Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or as a soup.
