Kidney Beans 1 cup (cooked)
Cabbage 1 cup (chopped)
Egg 1
Shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup
Cumin seeds ¼ tspn
Red chilly powder ¼ tspn
Garam masala ¼ tspn
Salt as per taste
Bread crumbs ¼ tbsn
Tortia 2
Sour cream 4tbsn
Salsa 4 tbsn
Cilantro 4 tbsn (chopped )

Mash cooked beans. Mix it with cabbage, cumin seeds, chilli powder, cheese and salt.Divide into 2 balls and shape them to oval shaped patties of about ½ inch thickness. Coat with egg and then with breadcrumbs.
Spread ½ tspn oil with a cloth onto a hot griddle (or use cooking spray). Cook these patties on medium heat till brown on both sides about 3-5 minutes.
Heat Tortia on the same griddle till crisp.
Serve one patty on a tortia topped with sour cream, salsa and cilantro.
