🍓 5-Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream





A creamy, refreshing summer dessert made with just a handful of ingredients!



✅ Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries (washed & hulled)

1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice



👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

3. Fold the strawberry puree into the cream mixture until fully blended.

4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.

5. Freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until firm.

6. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.



💡 Tips:

For a chunkier texture, leave some small strawberry pieces in the mix.

Want it sweeter? Add 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup.

You can also add chocolate chips or crushed cookies for extra flavor!
