🍯 5-Ingredient Yogurt & Honey Frozen Cups






A quick, healthy frozen summer treat you can make in minutes!

✅ Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 tbsp honey
½ cup chopped fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, mango)
¼ cup granola
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Line a muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
3. Add a small spoonful of granola to the bottom of each cup.
4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the granola, filling each cup about ¾ full.
5. Top with chopped fresh fruit.
6. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely set.
7. Let sit at room temperature for 2 minutes before serving for easy removal.


💡 Tips:
You can use dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey to make it vegan.
Mix and match fruits depending on what’s in season – berries, kiwi, pineapple, or peach all work great.
