Step 1: Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).

Step 2: Assemble the Foil Packets

Cut 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches).
