πŸŽ„✨ Christmas Chaos Cake

A holiday cake that embraces the chaos—cookies, candies, sprinkles, chocolate, and more!

This cake is basically Christmas in dessert form: soft, moist batter loaded with chopped cookies, festive candy, white chocolate, and sprinkles. It’s messy, magical, colorful, and absolutely irresistible for kids and adults alike.

🎁 Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix

  • 1 cup milk (instead of water)

  • ½ cup melted butter (instead of oil)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup Christmas M&M's

  • ½ cup crushed Oreos

  • ½ cup chopped sugar cookies or shortbread

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles

Frosting:

  • 1 container vanilla frosting (or homemade)

  • ½ cup more Christmas M&M's

  • Extra sprinkles

  • Optional: crushed peppermints or candy canes

πŸŽ‚ Instructions

1. Make the Cake Batter

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 pan or two 8-inch round cake pans.
Combine cake mix, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

2. Add the “Chaos” Mix-Ins

Fold in M&M's, crushed Oreos, cookie pieces, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
Don’t overmix—just enough to distribute everything.

3. Bake

Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 28–34 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely.

4. Decorate

Spread frosting.
Top with more M&M's, sprinkles, and crushed candy canes.
Go as chaotic as you like—there’s no wrong way!
